    this woman is invaluable in every PVE content. DoTs for days, Stuns for days, slows for days. in PVP she’s decent she can stunlock an enemy for days, but problem with PVP is they can violent out of it.

    An invaluable asset to dungeons and TOA, as any negative effect stays on the boss permanently and makes dots stupidly powerful, just drowning bosses in negative effects
    Adds her own dot and an attack speed slow to the pool
    Can stunlock an important target in Arena (Chloe, etc.)
    Great synergy with bombers/stunners

    Negatives

    So squishy that she dies nearly by accident on Arena offense, especially against a AOE nuke team
    Near useless on Arena defense as she dies 1-2 hits from any nuker on the other team
    Did I mention she's super squishy?
    Doesn't do too much direct damage if enemy has over 50% health
    Passive debuff extension can be resisted for some reason

    As for runes, run her Swift/Focus or Swift/Nemesis with Spd/Att%/Acc%. The faster she is, the more debuffs you get, and her 1st skill scales on attack speed as well, so building speedy isn’t really a question here. Focus isn’t really necessary to get max Acc if you have a good rune on the 6 slot as her awakening gives her free accuracy. Nemesis works well because of her squishyness, as she will get in extra turns and therefore extra debuffs from the massive attack bar increase she’ll get when she’s two shot.
    Also, if you happen to get lucky like me and pull a Dover and Pang, prepare for the greatest monster duo ever. Stuns. Stuns everywhere.
