Site Review

Dungeons:

  • GB10 – (Rating: 8/10) Good DPS unit with slow debuff and DoT ideal for killing boss, however the downside is her multihit attacks allowing the boss to counter more often and could be a potential risk in losing some runs. She is also a single target hitter which means she clears slower compared to AOE nukers. That aside, she is a viable secondary nuker even for late game users. Prioritize AOE nukers in the lineup first and only use her when you don’t have the ideal units. She is not at all a necessary unit for clearing GB10.
  • DB10 – (Rating: 8/10) An effective nuker for those aiming a fast run, she can slow and deplete ATB before the boss gets a turn or before the crystal applies immunity buff. Make sure you applied good damage before the boss gets immunity, from then you can tank your way through and finish the boss. Not a necessary unit for clearing DB10 but could be a potential boost in your run time.
  • NB10 – (Rating 8.5/10) A very good unit due to her multihit attacks. Downside is it would take more time to reach the boss since she’s a single target attacker. Recommended to use if you don’t have units like Rigel, Fuco and other multihit attackers. Rune her violent revenge for better results.

Raids: (Rating: 6/10) Hwa is the only unit in her family that is highly recommended for raids. However, end game players can make use of her lead skill (+25% ATK) when aiming for fast runs.

ToA: (Not Recommended) Several farmable units outshines her.

PvP: (Rating: 7/10) She is good on certain situations where enemy teams don’t have immunity/cleanse and light type monsters. Her damage multipliers are insane and she hits incredibly hard with her 3rd skill, also a guaranteed stun when her enemy ATB is depleted. Since most users build her cause of versatility in dungeons, you can set her as an alternative nuker in PVP. Her high base HP also compensates low base def.

How to Counter

Expect her to be fast because she scales damage based on SPD. One way to counter her is designate a tank unit that can hold for 1 turn and bring immunity/cleanse to counter the debuffs and ATB reduction. She can’t tank a lot of damage so if you apply a def break on her you can basically kill her with almost any nukers.

Other advice:

  • Crit Rate at least 70%, Accuracy 25%, then focus on SPD, ATK% and HP% subs.
  • She has a high base HP so every % from subs are valuable.

Editor’s Note

Overall a good well-rounded unit in multiple dungeons and useful in specific PVP situations. Her awakening bonus is +15% Crit Rate so its relatively easier to make her strong so owners can focus on other attributes like SPD, ATK, HP and Accuracy. Definitely worth to 6* as she offers speeding up your dungeon runs. Previously available as HOH monster where majority of seasoned players got the chance to max her skills.
