(Rating: 9/10) While Racuni is not recommended in PVE contents, he is a very good support in PVP. It increases the ATB of the ally with the lowest ATB by 15% making your nukers catch up in some turns. 2nd skill fills up your allies ATB to Max and gives SPD buff, perfect to pair with units like Theomars and other DD with one-shot or CC potential. As an example, Bernard casts Tailwind, Galleon uses Time to Loot, Theomars attack, Racuni casts Rabbit’s agility, Theomars gets to attack again. Another example is Verad casts 3rd skill, then Racuni casts Rabbit’s agility then Verad attacks again with 2nd skill. Racuni’s 3rd skill also provides great utility and cleanses harmful effects including inabilities (stun/freeze) on an ally with lowest HP per turn.
How to Counter:
Racuni is very annoying to face in RTA and GWD. He is reliant on its passive skill for cleanse/healing which means a good counter is casting oblivion and keeping Racuni in check. Although he is just a support monster, it is a move you should be willing to trade so you can take advantage on the later part of the game. AOE stun is also good to counter Racuni teams so you can focus directly on enemy nukes and threats.
- Racuni gets an increase in Resistance when awakened so you should allocate more Res on substats to resist debuffs. Focus on HP stats to add more survivability avoiding one-shot hits.
Racuni’s main usage is in GW and RTA. A great support unit that provides cleanse/heal and filling up your nuker’s ATB for consecutive hits. He is very annoying to encounter due to its passive skill making him the primary target in battles. Knowing this, you can compensate and close the gap by adding HP and RES stats. You can easily achieve 100% Res, with this you can confuse your enemies and turn the situation into your advantage. Violent set is recommended for late game allowing multiple turns and proc. Racuni is worth skilling up but use family skill ups instead of Devilmon.
