Site Review
Dungeons:
- GB10 – (Not recommended) She offers 0 utility in this dungeon and units like Belladeon outshines her as a healer.
- DB10 – (Not recommended) No notable skills that can be useful against boss aside from healing.
- NB10 – (Not recommended) No multi-hit attacks and utility skills.
Scenario:
Not recommended. Jeanne has no self-sustain and is slow to clear waves.
Raids:
- R5 – Not recommended
- Element Rift Beasts – Not recommended
ToA:
Can be used to sustain your team and provoke enemy units to prevent them from using 2nd and 3rd skill especially against bosses.
PvP:
(Rating: 8.0/10) Jeanne is a good defense unit that specializes in sustain and protecting your teammates from upcoming enemy attacks. She is often utilized as a Guild War Defense unit making use of her lead skill +55% Resistance. Jeanne is usually set-up to team with units that can win in long battles (Camilla, Ritesh, Perna and other HP scaling units) while also preventing enemies to use Cleave teams against you. She is also a good RTA unit when picked with the right team composition.
How to Counter:
Jeanne relies on her AOE provoke to protect allies, which means immunity is key to counter her and take advantage on the first few turns. Once you successfully negate the debuff, you can now nuke down or focus fire on the more lethal enemy unit and kill before Jeanne makes her next turn. We would prefer taking her down last in most cases because Jeanne normally has a high base HP and it’s hard to kill her in 1 turn (unless you can apply a DEF break, which is also highly unlikely because she may also be runed with high resistance)
Other advice:
- The ideal build for her is SPD / HP% / HP% with more SPD and Resistance substats. Revenge set is also optimal for a chance to counterattack and heal an ally.
- For offensive PvP, don’t use her against constant immunity/clease teams. Jeanne’s AOE 2-turn provoke/Crowd Control is the principal use for picking her.
- Aim for at least 190 SPD to make use of constant healing.
Editor’s Note:
Jeanne is one of the available Nat5s you can summon via Monster fusion. Though we recommend to fuse her later (Veromos, Sigmarus, and Xiong Fei can boost your progress faster early game) she has her place in PvP scenarios and is useful in her own right. You can only appreciate the utility she brings when you reach mid to end-game status. But for those who love PvE contents, there is no need to build and fuse her.
