Secret Dungeon Monsters Info
The Secret Dungeon has a total of 10 stages, each with a different number of Normal and Awakened monsters. In the final stage, there’ll be a boss version of the Secret Dungeon monster. Like other bosses, he or she can’t be stunned or oblivion, so do watch out!
Of course, the greater the number of stages you clear, the more summoning pieces you’ll get. Certain stages will also have an additional chance of giving you another piece.
This Secret Dungeon mostly provides skill ups for Adrian and Isillen as they appear to be the two most useful Elven Archers in today’s current meta. This is a good opportunity to get some skill ups if you are just starting out your necropolis campaign.
Adrian the Fire Elven Archer
Adrian Provides multi-hit functionality with all three of his skills which makes him a good start up monster for the necropolis campaign. Though eventually you will most likely replace him with better options that provide either more shield-break hits or more damage as Adrian’s multipliers are quite low at less than base 200% per hit for all skills. Adrian is quite reliant upon Crit Rate to maximize his necropolis potential and he does offer continuous damage and heal block as a debuff. But overall, wouldn’t be pragmatic to invest too much into him.
Eluin, the Water Elven Archer
Eluin is for the most part, rarely used, but there are the rare few that may pull him out for some Trial of Ascension CC as his third skill provides a situational attack bar reduction that can potentially reduce attack bar’s to zero (if the enemy was stunned). However, this skill is on a five turn cool down which makes it less effective compared to other monsters that provide greater CC control. Though he does provide multi-hit functionality with similar skills as Adrian, he’s not as effective as Adrian for the necropolis dungeon.
Erwin, the Wind Elven Archer
Erwin is actually a decent necropolis option as his passive gives him more survivability, a boost of speed, and both his skills perform multi hits. As a bonus, Erwin also provides a 15% Crit rate Leader skill (for all) when awakened. Unfortunately, the multipliers are still consistently low for all his skills and thus he can only act as a shield breaker for necropolis. Erwin does have more base attack power than Adrian though.
Lucien, the Light Elven Archer
Most Summoner’s should have acquired Lucien from the Agitated Garen Forest Mission already. Lucien rarely see’s much action for any formats. Though he does provide a 15% attack speed leader skill for those that don’t have one, but overall, his kit is rather lack luster even though the multipliers are not that bad. His low base attack stat really holds him back and since most boss mons cannot be stunned, Lucien cannot take advantage of the extra 50% damage from his third skill. Well he is after all – a free monster.
Isillen, the Dark Elven Archer
Isillen is an interesting monster and certainly the most interesting amongst all the Elven Archers. His passive provides a counter attack at a base 150% multiplier whenever another ally is attacked. This can be a useful tool in PVP or even for TOA when paired with Despair runes to provide a chance to stun. As a natural four star, Isillen has a higher base Attack than the rest of the Elven Archers, but even with the same multipliers, Isillen can’t really be considered a damage dealer per se, though he is viable for necropolis since he provides a 20% Attack Power leader skill and the same multi-hit functionality. He can be outfitted extremely tanky and on despair for 4 star special league PVP as a surprise pick. A random lucky stun here or there, could prove favorable in tight situations.
Skillups Required: 14
Conclusion & Summary
The Elven Archer Family has some of the most mediocre 3* monsters in the game. None of them are heads or shoulders above and none of them are impressive in any format. That’s not to say that they will always stay this way since Com2us may come around to buffing them one day. But if you are looking to start up your necropolis campaign, farming a few Eluin for some skill ups for either Adrian or Isillen won’t hurt at all.
